Advice, thoughts....suggestions!!

I don't know what's going on, Well maybe I do....... I know I can't be at the age your at when you feel like its now or never-so it must just be that EVERYONE i know is having kids, or more kids. I knew from an early age I was destin to be a mom, and now that I'm a wife I feel like it's time. Only it's not........nothing is right in my life. I'm not at a job I want to be at, I don't have my own kitchen and my husband has been feeling the effects of the economy worse than anyone ( or so I like to think) So my question is when is the right time? Well, for one I know my husband has to agree-strike one. you have to have your own kitchen, right-strike two. you have to of been to europe, on a cruise and new york and do all the things you can't do when you have kids, right-strike three. There are many more strikes we have against us, but is that what normal people do before they have kids, add up all the strikes? What if it changed our life for the better? To have something we have never had, we have to do somehting we have never done-right? Well maybe that something is create the most beautiful thing little girl in the world (im pretty set on having a girl)! I just don't know!!! So can someone tell me when is the time-how do I make it happen?

Number one- you have to pray about it. Sure you should be in a place that you want to be in life although I don't think the trips and so forth are really all that worth it. Some other points- only you know your true circumstance so make your own judgement, dad-to-be needs to be on board it makes all difference (trust me we have three oops! so I know), and you can't make excuses forever because your life will never be ideally perfect but to be on the right path and headed in the right direction is important. Hope this helps!! Take my first advice it is the best.

If you are waiting for things to perfectly align it will never happen ...once you work so hard to bring that baby into the world your whole view on life will change .. suddenly the trips and other adventures can wait, or they become family trips:)The joys of parenting in my opinion far out weigh anything I have had to sacrifice..I can't imagine my life without my boys, it just doesn't feel complete--I don't want you to think I am sugar coating--the only reason I feel that way is because I knew for sure not only was I up to the challenge but Matt (and our marriage)were too--babies are hard and can complicate things. They bring on new challenges and struggles so it is very important like MK said that you are both ready and on board. It is such a personal thing that I agree with MK...pray about it!! Good Luck..and sorry for the novel!!

What a blessing you have to be able to enjoy you and Aaron right now. What a blessing you have choices to make, what a blessing you are both young and healthy. The hardest thing to do is enjoy the moment, we always want more but from experience, it's a blessing to live in the moment and find the joy in it now. Hope that helps.

Hey Sabrina! That is so fun that you live with Kendall! She absolutely loves it! You will be the best mom! I agree the time will never seem perfect but I also wish Nate and I traveled a little more before starting the fam. However, nothing is as fun as seeing Eli every morning! If you can do fun stuff now though, I would take advantage of it!
